This photo is of Jay Stream, who was close friends and manager of Wayne Newton
Mr. Stream lived in San Luis Obispo County, Ca. and owned Green Gate Farms , where he bread Arabian Horses
It was said that he was once offered 5M for half ownership in one of his Arabian horses and turned it down.
Back in 1980 Wayne Newton spent three days filming a television special on the Oceano Dunes in Oceano, California.
Mr. Newton is an Aries as was Mr. Stream and on Mr. Streams desk was a statue of two rams facing one another, a gift that was given to Mr. Stream by Wayne.
